Terms & Conditions

  • Competition begins 15 February and ends 28 February 2019
  • Winner will be selected at random and contacted by email or telephone. The winner announcement will happen on social media by 7 March 2019
  • This competition is promoted by Travelstart and Arik Air and is open to Nigerian residents, aged 18 and over
  • Entry into the Competition is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
  • Employees or agencies of Travelstart Web logistics Ltd (“Travelstart”, “We”) or their family members, or anyone else connected with the competition may not enter the competition neither can they benefit from this competition
  • The winners will be contacted via mobile and email used to enter the competition
  • The winners must respond to the email within 24 hours to claim the prize
  • Travelstart will attempt to contact the winners at least 3 (three) times, but if Travelstart is unable to contact the winners within 2 (two) days, such winner will forfeit his/her prize and Travelstart and Arik Air reserve the right to re-draw the prize
  • Winner agrees to supply photographs and a quote for publicity purposes
  • Failure to comply will disqualify the entrant from winning and a new winner will be picked
  • The winner may be announced in press, Travelstart newsletters and/or social media
  • The winner agrees to promote the competition when they are their trip on their social media account with the corresponding hashtags
  • By participating in this competition, you agree to all the Competition Rules set out above, without exception
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, Travelstart reserves the right to cancel this competition, or to change the rules at our discretion, or to change the number or nature of any of the prizes at any time without notice to you

Details of the grand prize

  • A specified number of Economy class Return tickets
  • Routing: LOS - DKR
  • Booking dates from 7 March till 31 May 2019
  • Travel must be completed before 31 May 2019
  • Tickets are only subject to seat availability in respective booking Class. Arik Air (W3) reserves the right to offer alternative dates
  • Tickets must be issued within 3 months of the winning date (raffle draw)
  • Tickets are valid for 6 months from date of issue
  • Travel must be completed within 6 months, from the day of raffle draw
  • Blackout dates may apply (including during Easter, Summer, 15 December – 15 January, Festivals and long weekends – please check with Arik Air before firming up travel plans)
  • As soon as travel details are finalized, please contact TRAVELSTART with the following information/documents:
    • Original prize letter
    • Preferred travel dates with optional travel dates
    • Full names of the passenger per passport and scanned copy of passport
    • Complete mailing address
    • Telephone/email contact details
  • Booking as early as possible is advised for the best choice of dates. Booking and ticketing on this offer can only be made by TRAVELSTART. Please do not contact other Arik Air offices or a travel agent
  • Tickets are valid on Arik Air operated services only
  • Please allow a minimum of 5 working days to process the ticket request
  • No refunds will be made once ticket is issued
  • No extensions/changes would be possible to this offer
