Travelstart T&C's

• The Competition is subject to voluntary entry. By entering this Competition, participants accept the terms and agree to be bound by the rules of this Competition.
• The Competition is set to commence on Wednesday, 21st August 2024 and shall end at 23:59 hrs on Friday, 20th September 2024.
• Every week, a total of 10 winners will each get a Samsung Smart Tag and Travelstart Travel Pillow.
• Participants must make and pay for a flight booking via www.travelstart.com.ng on or before Friday, 21st September 2024. Ten winners will be selected every friday from bookings made that week up until Friday, 20th September 2024.
• The winners will be selected at random from a list of individuals who have made a booking. The final decision will be made by Web Logistics at their sole discretion and will not be subject to review or appeal.
• The winners will be contacted via the mobile number and email used to enter the competition. Winners must respond within 48 hours from the time of contact to claim the voucher. If Travelstart cannot contact the winners within 2 (two) days, such winners will forfeit his/her prize.
• It will be the responsibility of the Participants to ensure any information (whether Personal Information or otherwise) provided to Travelstart is accurate, complete and up to date. Travelstart will not be liable for any loss associated with any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by a Participant.

• All Participants must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old at the date of the commencement of the competition.
• Submitting personal information means that you’re granting Travelstart to subscribe you to our marketing mailing lists.
• The items are not transferable. No substitution, cash redemption, or assignment of the offer is permitted.
• Winners will be announced by Travelstart Nigeria through its Instagram handle @travelsartng.
• Participation in the Competition is conditional upon the successful Participant’s consent to take part in such publicity, which consent Participant will be able to withdraw at any time should he/she wish to do so.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, Travelstart reserves the right to cancel this competition, change the rules at our discretion, or change the number or nature of any of the prizes at any time without notice to you.
• In so far as any Personal Information or contact details provided to Travelstart in entering into this Competition, Participants must either be the legal owner of the contact details provided or have the permission of the legal owner to use such contact details to enter this Competition.
• Any use of any Personal Information will be used strictly for the purposes as consented to by the Participant and will at all times be processed under the Nigerian Data Protection Regulations.
• All information collected via the form on this page (Email, First Name & Mobile Number) will be processed in accordance with Travelstart’s privacy policy and the Nigerian Data Protection Regulations, details of which can be found at https://www.travelstart.com.ng/lp/privacy. Participants will have the option to unsubscribe from marketing mailing lists at any time.
• Travelstart reserves the right to alter these rules, including the prizes, at its discretion. Such altered rules and prizes shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined and will be announced on Samsung and Travelstart’s Instagram pages. Participants will be notified of any significant changes via email.
