- Personal accidents and bodily harm, either in flight or during your trip
- Emergency medical expenses, including adventure sports and hazardous activities, optical treatment, dental treatment, and medical expenses arising from acts of terrorism
- Theft, loss or damage to baggage and personal items
- Personal liability in the event of accidental injury or death
- Essential expenses (not covered by the airline) due to travel delays
Exclusions
- Undertaking non-casual employment abroad
- Anyone employed as a journalist, military officer, or in the manufacturing or transport of hazardous objects/ substances
- Anyone under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs
- Unlisted telephone and transport costs
- Treatment arising from HIV/AIDS or sexually transmitted diseases
- Selected hazardous activities
- War, civil war and imposed sanctions
- Driving without a valid driving licence
- Exceeding the age limit of 69 years

The departure and return dates must match your airline ticket
This service excludes epidemics, pandemics (including COVID-19), disease outbreaks, state declared emergencies or regulation changes to your country of departure/arrival
