2. Only flight tickets paid for using a Mastercard eligible card will be eligible for the 10% discount on base fare.
3. No discount shall be applied for purchases from affiliates, retailers, through any other booking channel.
4. No discount shall be applied for purchases made with an alternative payment method such as cash or bank transfer/EFT.
5. Any queries regarding your flight booking must be escalated to Travelstart and not to Mastercard. 6. Please note the 10% discount is on base fares only. It excludes the airport tax and fuel surcharge component of the fare, service charges, product fees etc.

8. The Mastercard eligible cardholder’s name used to pay must match the name of the passenger flying.
