How to pay for flights on Travelstart

Payment Options available at Travelstart

1. Bank Transfer

To make things easier and ensure faster clearing of funds, you can pay the amount due for your flights into our corresponding account using your booking reference number as the transaction narration/remark.

Once you have made the payment, kindly wait six hours to receive your e-ticket to give us time to confirm your payment.

2. Quickteller ^NEW!

Quickteller offers you a hassle-free method to pay for your booking through either a transfer or a credit/debit card such as Visa, Mastercard, or Verve.

To pay, complete the booking process and click here to access our payment page on Quickteller, where you can make a payment using your Travelstart booking reference as the PNR/Reference Number.

Option 1 – Quickteller; Pay With Transfer

• Click on the link above to access our Quickteller Payment page
• The page opens and displays a form where you can fill in your booking details
• Enter your email address (please input same email address used on booking)
• After that, enter your "Travelstart Booking Reference" in the designated field
• Then click on the "select an option" and choose "flights" from the dropdown menu
• Enter the exact amount of your booking as shown on your Travelstart booking confirmation page into the payment field
• Click "Continue" to display the available payment options
• The payment amount and available options are shown on the right side. Choose the "Transfer" option to advance with your payment
• The generated Bank and corresponding Account Number to make the payment to will be displayed. The payment is expected to be made within a 30-minutes timeframe.
• Then, go to your usual bank app, and make the transfer of the exact amount to the account number provided
• After you have made the payment, click the button labeled 'I've made the transfer'.
• The payment will be confirmed and a successful completion displayed.

Option 2 – Quickteller; Pay With Card

• Click on the link above to access our Quickteller Payment page
• The page opens and displays a form where you can fill in your booking details
• Enter your email address (please input same email address used on booking)
• After that, enter your "Travelstart Booking Reference" in the designated field
• Then click on the "select an option" and choose "flights" from the dropdown menu
• Enter the exact amount of your booking as shown on your Travelstart booking confirmation page into the payment field
• Click "Continue" to display the available payment options
• The payment amount and available options are shown on the right side. Choose the "Card" option to advance with your payment
• Enter your Card Number, Card Expiry Date, CVV code, and Pin. Then click on the "Pay" button to complete the transaction.
• A One-Time-Password will be sent to your mobile number. Enter the OTP and click the "pay" button to authorize the payment
• Upon successful completion, a confirmation message of "Your Transaction was Successful" will be displayed

3. Paystack ^NEW!

Option 1 – Paystack; Pay With Transfer

• On the payment page of the Travelstart website, select ‘Paystack’
• Click the ‘Pay Now’ button
• First, a Redirect Gateway will appear, followed by the Paystack menu that will display various options such as Card, Bank, or Transfer.
• Click the ‘Transfer’ option on the payment page
• The generated Bank and corresponding Account Number to make the payment to will be displayed. The payment is expected to be made within a 30-minutes timeframe.
• Then, go to your usual bank app, and make the transfer of the exact amount to the account number provided
• After you have made the payment, click the button labeled 'I've sent the money'.
• The payment will be confirmed and a successful completion displayed.

Option 2 – Paystack; Pay With Card

• On the payment page of the Travelstart website, select ‘Paystack’
• Click the ‘Pay Now’ button
• First, a Redirect Gateway will appear, followed by the Paystack menu that will display various options such as Card, Bank, or Transfer.
• Click the ‘Card’ option on the payment page.
• Input your Card Number, Card Expiry Date and CVV code.
• Click on Pay button
• "Please enter your 4-digit card PIN to authorize this payment" will be displayed. Kindly enter your PIN.
• An OTP will be sent to your mobile number
• Enter the OTP and click the Authorize button
• Evidence of successful completion will be displayed as "Payment Authorized.

4. Cash Payment

Once you have booked online, you can make a cash payment for your ticket using one of the preferred payment methods below.

Bank deposit

Pay for the total amount of your booking by cash or cheque at your nearest bank, using the relevant banking details provided above and your Travelstart booking number as the transaction narration/remark.

When do I need to pay for my booking?

Once you have booked your tickets online, you should pay for the booking on the same day the booking was made, in order to secure the quoted price. The quoted flight/price is not guaranteed until payment has been confirmed.
