Carry-on Luggage
Passengers are allowed one suitcase and a personal item as their carry-on baggage, provided that your baggage is light enough to fit in the overhead compartment. The maximum weight for your carry-on baggage must not exceed 8kg in Economy and 16kg in Premium Economy or Premium Business. However, should you fly in Economy within Brazil, the maximum weight is 5kg.
Checked Baggage
LATAM has the following baggage restrictions per cabin class:
Economy Class
• 2 pieces of up to 23kg
Premium Business Class
• 3 pieces of up to 23kg
For domestic flights, passengers are required to arrive at the airport at least 90 minutes before their scheduled departure time. For international flights, passengers are required to arrive at the airport 3 hours before departure to avoid complications.
Passengers can check in online between 48 and 2 hours before their flight, if their flight is operated by LATAM Airlines Group - LATAM Airlines Chile, LATAM Airlines Argentina, LATAM Airlines Peru, LATAM Airlines Colombia or LATAM Airlines Ecuador.
If your flight is operated by LATAM Airlines Brazil or LATAM Airlines Paraguay, online check in will be available between 72 to two hours before scheduled departure.
Economy Class

Premium Business Class
