Checked luggage
• Economy Class - 2 pieces, maximum 23 kg each
• Premium Economy - 2 pieces, maximum 23 kg each
• Business Class - 2 pieces, maximum 32kg each
Hand Luggage
One piece of carry-on sized luggage and one approved personal item (a purse, briefcase, laptop bag, small backpack, etc.) are allowed for all passengers in all cabins. Together these items must not exceed 18 kg in Business Class, and 12 kg in Premium Economy Class or Economy Class.

Joon offers three forms of check-in to simplify your travel experience.
Online Check-in – check in on the Joon website up to 30 hours ahead of your scheduled flight with your booking reference and/or your Flying Blue card number.
Mobile Check-in – check in from your mobile device and download your boarding pass to easily save time at the airport and skip the queues.
Airport Kiosk Check-in – the Joon & Air France airport kiosks are operational 24 hours a day, so check in at your leisure when you’re ready to do so. Please note that passengers should try to be at the airport at least 2 hours ahead of flights.
Experience a world of on-board conveniences on your Joon flight, whether you’re flying Economy Class, Premium Economy Class or Business Class.
Seats in all cabins have comfortable, ergonomic seating that reclines and allows passengers to adjust their headrests. There are also power-outlets at each seat for you to charge your devices and catch up on your favourite movies and TV shows via the in-flight entertainment streaming services.
20% of all the meals served on Joon flights are organic, and tea and coffee are free whether you’re flying regionally or internationally!
