Competition Terms and Conditions:.

• The Competition is subject to voluntary entry. Participants, by entering into this Competition, accept the terms and agree to be bound by the rules of this Competition.
• The Competition is set to commence on Wednesday, 27 September 2023 and shall endure until 23:59 on Friday, 06 October 2023.
• The 1 Winner for the N200k off Travelstart Flight Voucher and 1 Winner for the N20k off Toasties Gift Voucher will be selected via a Live Raffle Draw and announced on Monday, 08 October 2023. Travelstart’s decision will be final and not subject to any review process.
• The winners will be contacted via mobile and email used to enter the competition.
• It will be the responsibility of the Participants to ensure any information (whether Personal Information or otherwise) provided to Travelstart is accurate, complete and up to date. Travelstart will not be liable for any loss associated with any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by a Participant.
• All Participants below 18 years of age may only enter into this Competition with the prior consent and/or assistance of their parents or legal guardians.
• By entering into the competition, participants accept to be automatically added to Travelstart's x Toasties mailing list
• The winners must respond to the email within 24 hours to claim the prize.
• Travelstart will attempt to contact the winners at least 3 (three) times, but if Travelstart cannot contact the winners within 2 (two) days, such winners will forfeit his/her prize and Travelstart will be entitled to draw another winner in their place.
• The winners will be announced during the Live Raffle Draw on Travelstarts' social media. Participation in the Competition is conditional upon the successful Participant’s consent to take part in such publicity, which consent Participant will be able to withdraw at any time should he/she wish to do so.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, Travelstart reserves the right to cancel this competition, or to change the rules at our discretion, or to change the number or nature of any of the prizes at any time without notice to you.
• In so far as any Personal Information or contact details provided to the Travelstart in entering into this Competition, Participants must either be the legal owner of the contact details provided or have the permission of the legal owner to use such contact details to enter this Competition.
• Any use of any Personal Information will be used strictly for the purposes as consented for by the Participant and will at all times be processed in accordance with the Nigerian Data Protection Regulations.
• All information collected via the form on this page (Email, First Name & Mobile Number) will be processed (at all times) in accordance with Travelstart's privacy policy
• Travelstart reserves the right to alter these rules, including the Prizes, at its own discretion. Such altered rules and prizes shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such a date as may be determined and will be placed on the Promoter’s website at https://www.travelstart.com.ng/ for Participants to view.

• To enter this competition, you will need to download the Kyshi app and Transact at least £500 during the campaign period.
• This competition is promoted by Travelstart and Kyshi and is open to Nigerian residents, aged 18 and above.
• Employees of Travelstart Web Logistics Limited ("Travelstart”, "We") and Kyshi Limited employees are not eligible to win this free ticket.
• Entry into the Competition is based on your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

• Tickets are only subject to seat availability in the respective booking Class. Kyshi reserves the right to offer alternative dates.
• Tickets must be issued within 1 months of the winning date.

• Blackout period: High Season Inbound and Outbound will be on stand-by.
• Applicable visas, taxes, COVID-19 tests, transportation, hotel costs etc. will be at the winner's expense.

• All flight bookings must be made on www.travelstart.com.ng
• All voucher code prizes are valid for only three months and for international bookings only
• A voucher code can only be used once per booking
• The flights are not transferable, may not be sold for cash or traded
• Travelstart reserves the right to choose the cheapest suitable flights in the winner’s selected date range
• Voucher codes may not be used during peak periods / season: school holidays and public holidays
• The validity periods may not be extended

Competition Terms and Conditions:

• Entrants must be following @travelstartng on Twitter and Instagram to qualify to win
• Competition begins 25 October 2018 and ends 11 November 2018
• Employees or agencies of Travelstart Web logistics Ltd (“Travelstart”, “We”) or their family members, or anyone else connected with the competition may not enter the competition neither can they benefit from this competition

• Tickets are valid for 3 months from date of issue
• Travel must be completed by 31 March 2017
• Tickets are issued by Etihad Airways City Office in Lagos only on receipt of request letter signed by the contract signatories.
• Tickets are valid on EY operated services only.
• Tickets cannot be reimbursed, exchanged for monetary gains, transferred, renewed or extended.

Competition Terms and Conditions:

• Competition runs from 10 June – 10 July 2016.
• Weekly winners will be drawn on 17 June, 24 June and 1 July.
• Winners not claiming their prize by 30 July will forfeit their prize, which will be redrawn.
• The judges’ decision is final and no disputes about the chosen winner will be entered into.

• Check-in time is after 14:00 on arrival day. Check-out time is before 12:00 on departure day.

• The winner is required to contact Turkish Airlines at cptreservations@thy.com within one month (before 15 August 2016) to book their tickets.
• The ticket is valid until 1 July 2017.
• Turkish Airlines covers ticket related taxes.
• Reservations are subject to availability. (Excludes January, June, July, December).
• Turkish Airlines may offer alternate dates if there is no seats available on requested dates.
• Baggage Allowance is 20kg per person.
