Travelstart App For iOS And Android Is Now Available!

We are excited to announce the launch of our flight booking app for Android and iOS. A lightweight version of the new Travelstart app is now available for download everywhere. Now you can take Travelstart everywhere you go!

The app, which is available for free on Android and iOS smartphones, brings the most powerful features and flexibility of the Travelstart website to mobile screens enabling users to search for airline ticket prices in real time, and book and pay for flights.

Stephan Ekbergh, Travelstart Founder, says iOS and Android took priority as these operating systems account for the vast majority of the travel agency’s mobile user base.

“We recognise the importance of immediacy for business and leisure travellers and with our flight booking apps for Android and iOS you can book while in a taxi on the way to the airport; just a few hours before the flight.”

While the Travelstart app is available now, you can expect much more from the native app as it undergoes rigorous updating in 2015.

“The app is another way we are making travel easier for our customers. Search for flights with a few taps, compare results for the best price, book and pay using one of Travelstart’s safe and convenient payment methods and receive instant booking confirmation direct to your inbox.” said Ekbergh.

As 2014 draws to a close mobile-driven travel booking technology is top of mind at Travelstart, and developing the small screen experience will be core in 2015, while extreme personalization – meeting our audience with content that is most relevant to them and where they live – will be equally important. The Travelstart app supports push notifications – users will receive meaningful updates direct to their smartphones as soon as they become available.

Download the Travelstart app today by visiting the Play Store (for Android) or iTunes (for iOS).
