I visited the Parkview hotel last year and fund it very reasonable. Its location was nice, everything that I needed was within walking distance, the service was OK and the food was surprisingly good. I cannot say much in terms of pricing because I managed to get a large discount at Reservation Counter, it was, however, a limited offer.
These hotels seem a little pricey, I stayed at Bennyrose in Garki while I was at Abuja and I found the rates relatively inexpensive, the location was good, banks within a walking distance, Garki market, and CBD where I was working, the sheets were clean, the owner is at the reception, and there was wifi, all for N6,500 a night, though the room was not spacious, the spacious rooms started from about N10,000 and I was very “rich.”
P.S. The food was nice, but make sure you order early (they said it’s made freshly after your order)
