Great list! I love going to Europe and visiting all the fascinating spots. I have gone to Eastern Europe last summer and my favorite destination there was actually Polish capital – Warsaw. Even though it is a capital it was still inexpensive but so beautiful and modern. I loved it, and I got to explore it pretty well. I was surprised how many great restaurants and spots are around the city. My personal favorite was a bar called Bubbles, which was also a restaurant. I had some Polish specialties there (delicious!) and great champagne. And the atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. It was my favorite culinary spot I got to visit in Poland.
