The few German regions that charge tuition fees like Munich have average tuition fees as low as EUR260 (₦105,523). An additional mandatory fee of EUR32-64 (₦12,847-25,694) is required per semester for the student union. Most German cities are more affordable to live in than other European cities like Paris and London.

Top German universities for international students include Technical University Berlin; the Free University of Berlin; Humboldt University of Berlin; the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and the Technical University, Munich.

Average tuition fees are EUR 200-700 (₦80,200-280,706) per academic year.

2. Belgium

7. Austria

8. Norway

The cities with the lowest living costs are Volda, Sogndal, Porsgrunn and Narvik.

9. Sweden

10. Ukraine

But going by the so called Nigerian factor where deceit and humongous lies are the order of things, I would want you to prove me wrong coz I am considering Germany..but do universities teach in English in Germany coz I know before going there a requisite is for you to learn the language. And what about Finland. Ae u sure it’s free for both international students? As in at masters level…it seem to suspicious to be true?

    • I live in Italy and i can help you to get admission here.But being an honest person,it’s not easy the way people think back home.It involves Italian language and money to study undergraduate courses.In case you wanna study post graduate degree some courses are offered in English language …but also depend on the university.If you need help,you can count on me.

    • Hello, even Norway you need Norwegian language for your undergraduate degree….except you are going for your post-graduate degree.At this,you may see some courses offere in English language.Norway is very expensive country…so get yourself prepared financially.Initially, dont think of scholarship until you get in.I wish you best of luck my brother.
